The term Provider refers to swapNpay in the following terms and conditions.
1. General:
By registering as a User on the swapNpay website and using the swapNpay application (“swapNpay”), you agree that you have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. By using our website, applications, and all our services and products (“Services”), you agree to comply with all terms and conditions of the PROVIDER. Your access to and use of the platform indicates your agreement to be bound by these terms.
Some specific services may have separate terms (e.g., promotions, seasonal products), which will be clearly communicated and prevail in the event of a conflict.
The PROVIDER reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications will be binding upon publication.
2. User Registration and License:
To use the Website, App, or any Services, you must be 18 years or older. You are required to create an account using accurate and updated information. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Services (Technological Infrastructure):
SwapNpay provides a technological platform for digital payment infrastructure. It facilitates transactions but does not offer custody, brokerage, payment gateway, or regulated services. SwapNpay connects directly with other actors in the digital ecosystem, providing only the necessary infrastructure for interaction.
SwapNpay is neither a bank, financial entity nor a digital asset custodian.
You may not:
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute the Services without permission
- Reverse engineer the Services
- Use bots or scripts to access or overload the system
- Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or networks
4. Obligations of the Parties:
The PROVIDER shall:
- Maintain operational availability of the platform
- Handle user inquiries and complaints as per policy
- Process personal data according to its Privacy Policy
The USER shall:
- Provide truthful and updated information
- Use only their own funds for transactions
- Accept all transactions unless identity theft is legally proven
- Avoid harmful or disruptive use of the platform
- Maintain internet connectivity and protect account credentials
5. Fees:
Fees for using swapNpay’s platform are as follows:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

9. Intellectual Property:
All content, logos, trademarks, and software belong to the PROVIDER. Access to the platform does not grant rights to use this intellectual property. Any suggestions or feedback submitted become the property of the PROVIDER.
10. Severability:
If any provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
11. Disclaimer:
No legal, financial, or investment advice is provided. Users must conduct their own due diligence. SwapNpay does not guarantee results or protect from losses. The platform is used at the user’s own risk and is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Any disputes regarding transactions must be resolved between the parties involved. SwapNpay is not liable and will not mediate.
No warranties are made regarding the uninterrupted or error-free use of the platform.
